Immigration Assistance

Overview

Note: SCIJ is currently at capacity and unable to provide assistance to new clients. You are still welcome to complete the form below and we will do our best to help but we will not be able to pair additional people with our partner attorneys for pro bono representation.

The Student Clinic for Immigrant Justice (SCIJ) has provided this form as a way for community partners, social service agencies, nonprofits, municipalities, and other organizations to refer people to one of SCIJ’s partner attorneys for representation in their asylum case. Any case that is provided with representation will be pro bono and will have 1-2 trained SCIJ students working on the case. Learn more about SCIJ’s Legal Justice program here. If you have any questions about this form and/or SCIJ’s services, please email info@SCIJimmigration.org.
